General Refund Policy

Barring extreme weather that would make walking outdoors legally irresponsible due to safety, our tours proceed in all weather, rain or shine as they say. In the event of the aforementioned unsafe weather, tours are rescheduled for another mutually convenient date at no additional charge.

If you cancel the tour more than one week in advance, you receive a full refund. If you cancel from one week to 48 hours in advance, you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will not be refunded. Checks for large groups are due two weeks prior to the tour.
